the work on our project?
Paul and Mike have been in business since 1988
and have worked together since 1992.
The amount of time your job will take depends on the type of work being done and
the extent of work to achieve the results you desire. Time will also be dependant
on how much detail and how many changes take place during the construction
phase.
In most cases the initial estimate is very close if not exactly what was quoted.
The final price will also depend on how many changes you make during the
construction process.
Gallagher Construction welcomes all ideas and designs you may have. In fact,
this is what will make the difference in how customers get a feel for the
personal touch Paul and Mike bring to a project. Their willingness to work with
your input will only make for a better end result.
Yes and no. Yes on one hand, because typically the work being done requires some
activity within the areas of your home you are currently living in, or possibly
it may be necessary to travel through an area of the home not under
construction. Indeed there can be some minor inconveniences along the way.
Yes. It is a good idea to speak with your insurance agent prior to starting the
construction process. In most cases your agent will recommend increasing your
homeowner’s policy to reflect the increase in value of your property.
Yes. We are licensed and insured to perform work
on any residential home building or remodeling project.
We use only qualified and insured professional subcontractors who have
maintained a strong working relationship with us for many years. If requested, a
list of subcontractors is available. Don’t be surprised to see Paul and Mike
with tool belts on working along with the subcontractors.
