This started as a home remodel at first, but discussion turned into moving a
40 year old house out and adding a foundation and building a new custom home
from scratch. An architect and designer assisted the home owner and
Gallagher in the construction and design for the right home to match the
customers’ needs.

Remodel - Minnetonka
Minnetonka - A design between the home owner and Gallagher, Kitchen
Renovation. Custom Cabinets, using existing and new flooring, went from a
small in-efficient kitchen to a medium sized kitchen that is very expansive,
with efficient use of space.

Finish - Maple Grove
This basement started out entirely empty. The
planning and design was by Gallagher. It features a stone fireplace with a
bar and unique entertainment area. The basement includes a bedroom, workout
room and family area.

Finish - Loretto
We started this basement from scratch. The owners were looking for an old
English pub look and feel. It features a huge English-style bar area and
classic pool table. This basement has lots of rich deep wood work and
finishing.

Built Custom Home - Rogers
This is a Stick built Custom Home. With the customer’s recommendation, we
were able to use timbers and wood from a local barn that was torn down.

Floor Makeover - Maple Grove
1st floor makeover, including replacing windows and front door. Features
include hard-wood flooring and custom cabinets. We had to remove walls to
open space. We were assisted by a designer who was a friend of the family of
the home owner.

Addition & Deck Renovation - Maple Grove
Room addition and deck renovation. We removed the existing deck and built
and very functional family room off of the kitchen and reconstructed the
deck with a much needed face lift.

 Basement
Finish & Room Addition - Roseville
Basement finish and room addition project. We finished off the existing
basement for better functionality. The second project was a room addition to
create a larger dinning/sitting room. We matched ceramic flooring and large
picture windows with vaulted sky lights. Then we did a complete siding tear
up and redo.
